The hardest thing I ever did was clean a floor for a boss to arrive on
I started on the dish line
Some people will never know how to mop
What is easy to me is impossible to others
Those dishes always got done
We spoke when we were busy
We talked when we didn't have anything to do
On the dish line there is little supervision
You either go on or you go away
Being short has its advantages too
Lower center of gravity I was not going in the freezer
Hazing is the norm in the kitchen
But the guy who first saw I wasn't going in
Was my first professional mentor
Someone was on my side
I would be on the side of others
The line is a circle
