Not Enough

Near to me is this life of mine
The less there to be done the less wrong to go
If we find the spectral light of gaia from another earth world it surprise to you

Any technology sufficiently advanced would have to smile our way
Beauty is of this that does not leave
How would you create a better world

What will a billion years do to the plastic
Life is something fragile and robust
How we do not end is more interesting than if we will

The science is simple more open with possibility than any science fiction
No true romance knows more the hold our sun takes
Mystery alone is where we are

Opinion well more than a billion of us take rights to
Where is the green economy? Always been green
More is moral

There are times to say things
Always we believe
In order to be positive there are times just to wait

Not every thief in the night arrives how you expect nor changes things the way you like
Work is what is involved in the end and its not enough
No sense in debate

Thomas Paine, said it, "Time makes more converts than reason."
It is a long road and sometimes your two year old daughter knew best:
If your losing it is time to change the rules: money a problem? get past it

Gaia plays for keeps can we agree that?
We have found so many places and no one is home
In one little piece of the sky Kepler has seen further

Life is robust and fragile
Earth is robust
Only one has cause for concern

Tenacious is a word that brings me hope
As far as we can see there is no where nicer for almost 14 billion light years
Where are we leading

Things will not be as I wished nor you
Priorities are question we ask ourself
Not enough is not resolution

The positive:
I'm not tired
Back at it tomorrow and next year will not be enough either most likely

Yet in our life with these questions we shall know if it is too little or enough
Our stakes our life robust and fragile
We can do better and should enough to be certain
